Belgian Bruski, and Waffles.

The beer in Belgium is exceptional, there's no other word for it. I've only tried two varieties, but both have been smooth like chocolate ice-cream.

I haven't tried the chocolate out here, but after this beer I think my father, stepbrother and I are venturing to get waffles.

The waffles: Words can't even. Waffles are made here in a brilliant way. They take a ball of waffle-dough and roll it in sugar. Then, they waffle-ize the ball of dough, creating a waffle with a crisp layer of crystallized sugar. Drooling just thinking about it!
